Production times
Each piece of jewellery is individually crafted at our workshop. In the event that the item you have selected is out of stock when an order is placed, we can have one made. (Note that no two natural gemstones are exactly the same and our pieces are handmade. Subtle differences could occur).
For limited edition, we will only hand-forged 5 of each style as the number of stones we carry is limited.
We will contact you with an estimated delivery date. In this event, you will have the opportunity to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
Please note that production time takes 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation. If you need it sooner, please contact us or call us at 604-736-6016.
Some jewellery can be engraved, please write your message in the comment section when ordering. For engraved pieces, please add another week to the production time.
Delivery times
Estimated production times for out-of-stock items, custom pieces and special orders are typically between four to six weeks on top of delivery time.
Delivery time will depend on the product’s availability and the country chosen.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx. A tracking number will be provided.
Once you get the confirmation e-mail, please count about 5 to 7 business days for delivery to Canada.
About 5 to 7 business days for the USA.
About 7 to 14 business days for International delivery.
Please note that orders placed during the holiday season may take longer than the allotted time window. One of our team members will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
