Customizing your own unique piece
Step 1: Set up an appointment with our designers
You can come with your own heirloom piece to redesign, pictures of styles of jewellery you like, or just an explanation on what you are looking for. The more information you provide us, the better.
Our team of designers will work along with you to create a design and finding the perfect stone amongst our large inventory that suits both your style and budget.
Step 2: the designer will draw a design of your piece
After discussing with you the different possibilities and options, a drawing is made by one of our designers.
Step 3: Our team of goldsmiths will hand-forged your one of a kind piece
Using traditional goldsmith techniques and impeccable craftsmanship, our team of goldsmiths will use the drawing or picture to hand-made your piece of jewellery. There are no two pieces that are identical, as each piece is made by hand from beginning to end.
It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to make.
Final step : Enjoy your beautiful piece and send us pictures of you wearing it!
And it also comes with an insurance appraisal.
For now, we only offer customization within our store but we are working on offering this service online as well.
