Shipping policy

For in-stock items

All in stock items ordered are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery time will depend on the product’s availability and country chosen:

  • for Canada, please count about 5 to 7 business days for delivery
  • for the USA, about 5 to 7 business days
  • for International delivery, about 7 to 14 business days


For out of stock items, custom pieces and special orders

Estimated production times for out of stock items, custom pieces and special orders are typically between four to six weeks on top of delivery time.

If you need it sooner, please contact us or call us at 604-736-6016.


All orders will be shipped via FedEx. A tracking number will be provided.

For engraved pieces, please add another week to the production time.

Please note that orders placed during holiday season may take longer that the allotted time window. One of our team member will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping for orders going to Canada and the USA. International shipping is 80$. Shipping fees for  Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within British Columbia at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of British Columbia are not liable for sales tax.

Duties and taxes may be applicable and are not the responsibility of MJ Jewellers.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30am to 5.00pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International customers

All orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sale. We’re so sorry we can’t accept returns from our international customers. We will do our best to make this happen in the future.


For US and Canada customers

For the USA, if you need to inquire about a refund on any duties & taxes paid, please contact your local customs agency.
