As a small business, we do our best to ensure that items online are in-stock. Each piece of jewellery is individually crafted at our workshop Sometimes, due to high-traffic in-store, it might happen that an online items marked as available will be sold in-store. In the event that the item you have selected is out-of-stock when an order is placed. We can have one made (Note that no two natural gemstones are exactly the same and our pieces are handmade. Subtle differences could occur). We will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will also have the opportunity to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
Some jewellery can be engraved, please write your message in the comment section when ordering. For engraved pieces, please add another week to the production time and would be a final sale.

If you have a sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend using Platinum or Yellow Gold as it is the most hypoallergenic metal to wear. White gold contains small amount of nickel which some individuals have a reaction to.

All of the stones we use are ethically sourced and conflict free. Our pieces are made of ethically-mined gemstones, most of it is recycled gold.
All of our rings are standard US and Canadian sizes. If you do not know your US and Canadian ring size, we recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler. You can also use our dedicated page to help find out what size you are.

If you are a returning customer, we may have your ring size on file – please call us 604 736 6016 or send us an e-mail at

We recommend to bring in your jewellery in our shop at least once a year or so to get it check and make sure all the stones are still held in place. As gold and any metal wear down over time, they need to be checked to make sure it is still strong enough to hold your gemstones.

Most of our jewellery requires very little care as hand-forged jewellery is very strong. We do recommend taking them off your when gardening, going to the gym, swimming and moving heavy objects.
At MJ Jewellers, we offer a limited-lifetime warranty on our jewellery purchased online or in our shop against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, excluding any wear and tear and/or negligence.
