In the event that the item you have selected is out-of-stock when an order is placed. We can have one made (Note that no two natural gemstones are exactly the same and our pieces are handmade. Subtle differences could occur). We will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will also have the opportunity to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

We recommend to bring in your jewellery in our shop at least once a year or so to get it check and make sure all the stones are still held in place. As gold and any metal wear down over time, they need to be checked to make sure it is still strong enough to hold your gemstones.

Most of our jewellery requires very little care as hand-forged jewellery is very strong. We do recommend taking them off your when gardening, going to the gym, swimming and moving heavy objects.
